As we enter this weekend — a long weekend for many — let us celebrate the simple things about raising children. Let us remember the joy in our own days. Let us remind ourselves of the small, tiny miracles that fall like rainaround us. Let us remember to just open our eyes, soak it all in and relax. The to-do list will still be there tomorrow. Let us remember to stay awake to this life we have created with little children running under foot and messy piles everywhere.
