Last week, I sent a single email to my Peace Circle mamas. It was their first email and their first “assignment.”
The Peace Circle is still open for registration (only until THIS Sunday) but the mamas were BUSY and PASSIONATE and they were eager to get started.
And when you’re ready to start living more peacefully, there’s no time like the present to get started.
So I began with one of my inspirational emails on Sept. 1 that included a simple, peaceful word-storming exercise — something I’ve been doing a lot of recently in my own practice. Once you get started it’s hard to stop — as you can see in these photos.
Here some of the peace rocks created by the mamas in the circle. They are just so lovely. I’m really proud to share their photos here. What a fun, creative and passionate bunch. I am honored to be on this journey with them.
How to make Peace Rocks:
- To make your own peace rocks, go on a search for some clean rocks. A dull but smooth finish on the rocks is best.
- Write your words on the rocks with Sharpies or another favorite marker.
- Let dry.
I’d love to see your peace rocks. Share them with me.
And, if the first Peace Circle email results in this kind of goodness, I cannot wait to see what else we’re going to stir up in that circle of love over the next three and a half months.
