Out beyond ideas of wrongdoing and rightdoing there is a field. I’ll meet you there. When the soul lies down in that grass the world is too full to talk about. ― Rumi
You want to live more mindfully.
You want to stay awake for this amazing life unfolding before your eyes.
And, you want to cherish it all.
But how?
Introducing Cherish the Wow – my latest e-course designed to take you on a journey from just barely making it to finding the wow in your day.
This course begins March 18.
During this winter e-course you will create your own **Wow** Journal.
This 5-week e-course is very simple:
:: 10 Mindful Journaling Prompts.
:: 10 Mindful Living Assignments anyone can do, anywhere (even you).
:: 10 WOW moments shared by myself and several other amazing mamas around the world.
Just $20.
All you’ll need for this course are an open mind & heart and a journal. The rest will arrive in your email twice a week.
How do I know this is for me?
Most of the Awesomely Awake journey is about coming alive — encouraging new ways to stir our souls a bit and awaken.
It’s about shaking us briskly until we’re awake. I’m planning to do that pretty boldly this year myself and I want you to come along.
This journaling e-course is going to wake you up better than a cup of coffee.
It’s going to give you a good excuse to start paying attention to right now.
It’s going to give you a good excuse to start playing and living more, too.
It’s going to give you a good excuse to drop everything that’s not important and capture the moments that absolutely are most important.
What if I don’t have wow moments?
Through this course, you’ll learn to easily and more quickly identify your own WOW moments and you’ll be surprised at how often they actually do happen in your life.

Q & A
I”m not a writer so will this class still work for me? YES! Absolutely. Journaling can just be lists. And, if journaling really isn’t your thing take photos or draw or create some other piece of art to cherish your wow moments you discover during the course.
I’d like to purchase this for a mom friend as a gift. Is that possible? Not only possible but ENCOURAGED. Thoughtful friends like you should be given hugs or candy or something, to be honest.
My PayPal email address I used to sign up for the course is not the one I would like to use to receive the course emails. Can I change it? Absolutely. The easiest way is for you to change your profile settings as soon as you get your first email. But, you can also email me and I’ll happily delete the incorrect email and add your new one.
I’m super busy. Will this course take a lot of time? If you spend any part of your day with your eyes open, you should be able to fit this course into a busy schedule. I never ask too much of course participants because I know what life is like as a busy mom. But, if you want to get the most of the course, you should do the assignments.
